From the 3D model, ENGworks' skilled team of architects, engineers, and modelers are able to accurately and efficiently generate a high quality set of Permit, Construction, and/or Fabrication plans, taking advantage of the true BIM parametric efficiencies. ENGworks fully engages with its clients through the design process, becoming an extension of the client's production teams. The methods that have been established at ENGworks include not only specific modeling standards but constant and extensive Quality Control and Quality Assurance verifications.

Equally important to generating a 3D model is the client's visualization and/or demonstration of that model and its associated information. Through in-house capabilities and strategic alliances, ENGworks can generate photorealistic images or animations for your project. As an accurate BIM has already been generated, we can efficiently export it to the appropriate visualization software package, select the desired views, compose images, and produce photorealistic renderings.

ENGworks has developed an efficient process to capture all the changes that took place during construction. By utilizing As-Built drawings and/or sub-contractor mark-ups, ENGworks incorporates the information into the BIM to generate As-Built models.

Technology has greatly eased work from different locations. We believe though, that for certain endeavors, a personal presence is required in order to increase communication, thereby maximizing efficiency. As Coordination meetings represent an essential process that allows teams to resolve clashes before they are identified in the field, effective meetings can save (depending on project size) hundreds of thousands of dollars, which provides increased profitability to all contracting teams. These meetings can occur in person or they can be effectively conducted using web-based collaboration tools. ENGworks can instruct general contractors and other team leaders in the effective oversight of Coordination meetings.
