To successfully implement and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the design and construction process, ENGworks will create a detailed BIM Project Execution Plan.
The BIM Execution Plan (BEP) documents the standards and protocols for how the team (GC, AEC Firms and others) will work together in the design and construction of a project.
The BEP will define the level of detail (LOD) to be modeled, file exchange processes, naming standards, the roles the different parties play in the modeling process, etc. The more thorough the BEP is prior to work commencing, the more smoothly the entire project will go. ENGworks can assist in developing a BEP that meets both the GC and the team's needs.

The BIM Project Execution Plan defines responsibilities and deliverables for each party at each phase, milestones, collaboration, uses of the BIM Model on the project (such as: design reviews, clash detection, 3D coordination, record modeling, Quantity Take Offs, Shop drawings, etc), along with a detailed process for executing BIM on the project.
